Refund Policy

  • Refund is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase and must be requested via the MetaCare app.
  • Final decision on the refund request will be made by the merchant.
  • Upon approval of the refund request, the payment will be processed within 48 hours. For credit cards and e-wallets, the payment will be reversed. For all other payment methods, we will reach out toyou for a bank account to transfer the refund.
