MetaCare is the web3 benefits platform for the future, a virtual membership leveraging technology to bridge the gap between providers and the gig economy. PERFECT CHOICE VENTURES LIMITED, the owner of MetaCare and the Platform and/or FLUID STACK SOLUTIONS INC, the representative and support provider of PERFECT CHOICE VENTURES LIMITED, are referred to as “we” or “us” in these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of this Website or this App, including, but not limited to, the mymeta.care and MetaCare name, mark, logo, and taglines, and all other articles, pictures, videos, audio, graphics, designs, marks, logos and any written and visual material, is the property of PERFECT CHOICE VENTURES LIMITED and is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, and other intellectual property laws around the world. All such rights are reserved and may not be used without express approval in writing. You must not use any part of the materials on thisWebsite and this App for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or from our licensors.
Membership and $CARE Tokens
MetaCare is a platform that leverages the locking of a minimum of one (1) MetaCare token (“$CARE”) and registering an account to access benefits (the “Platform”).The account owner becomes a member of MetaCare (the “Member”). The Member authorizes thePlatform and its merchant-partners to obtain and store any of the Member’'s information deemed necessary to improve the services of MetaCare. Members agree to abide by the policies stated in theseTerms, including the policies of its merchant-partners.
MetaCare will mint a native cryptocurrency $CARE token and may decide to airdrop, reward, and sell tokens to investors or to the public. The utility of $CAREtokens will evolve. Its initial use will be to access different tier levels in the Platform via locking.
In its basic form, MetaCare will offer varying levels of benefit packages for Members to redeem. Members must satisfy the locking criteria at the time of deposit. Locking criteria may have time-locked requirements, which will be disclosed to the user prior to deposit. MetaCare is not a "Proof of Stake" function of verifying transactions in the blockchain. Instead, it leverages the concept of locking as one of the utilities for the $CARE token. Locking tokens may not hold the same value when unlocking (withdrawal) from the Platform. Members can incur losses or profit from their locked tokens. locked $CARE tokens that are time-locked cannot be withdrawn until the date of expiry.
Benefits on the Platform will vary based on which of the three (3) tiers a Member decides to join. For the most part, benefit categories will be similar across all tiers but vary in the discount amount our merchant-partners offer. The standard tier is denominated in$CARE. Silver and Gold tiers are US Dollar denominated and require a $CARE token equivalent in USD to be deposited on the Platform.
Current Market Price per $CARE = $2.00 USD
● Standard: One (1) $CARE Token = $2.00 USD
● Custom: $100 USD = 50 $CARE Tokens
● Silver: $200 USD = 100 $CARE Tokens
● Gold: $500 USD = 250 $CARE Tokens
Members will be able to upgrade tiers anytime. Currently, locked tokens are represented as the balance of the account at the time of deposit. Upon deciding to upgrade, the tier cost will be counted towards the upgrade as credit, and the remaining balance is to be settled in $CARE tokens at the current market price. Tiers will not be upgraded or downgraded based on fluctuating market prices of
locked $CARE tokens. Upgrades to a higher tier will be credited to the existing membership and the time of locked tokens will reset from date of upgrade; a top-up from standard tier, which does not result in a full-tier upgrade, will not have a time reset of locked tokens.

$CARE Price Fluctuations:
MetaCare does not have control of the market price of $CARE and is not liable for any losses or gains that a $CARE token holder may experience. Members who deposit tokens to lock on the Platform should be aware of the risks associated with price fluctuations of $CARE and the overall cryptocurrency market. Price fluctuations do not affect your tier status.
Where to buy tokens:
$CARE will be listed in various exchanges. The price of $CARE between exchanges may not be the same across all markets. MetaCare will provide a list of verified exchanges and publish its token contract address where users can identify and purchase $CARE.
Where to store tokens:
$CARE can be held in ERC-20 token compatible wallets. It is the responsibility of the Member to determine which wallet is best suited for their needs. MetaCareis not responsible for any losses that may incur from transacting $CARE in any wallet.
MetaCare Members and $CARE token holders understand the risks associated with using the Platform and the $CARE token, and agree that MetaCare has no control over and no responsibility to take any action regarding the transfer of $CARE, failure of the system, system attacks, disruptions, or negligence of the Member while interacting with the Platform and its merchant-partners. During these disruptions, the value of $CARE may change, of which MetaCare isnot liable for any losses incurred. MetaCare Members are responsible for ensuring that their account credentials, passwords, private keys, mnemonic phrases, and any information related to the account are kept confidential. MetaCare will not store passwords on behalf of the Member.
MetaCare will determine where it is best to keep custody of locked $CARE tokens to safeguard its Members’ assets while locked in the MetaCare platform. As noted above, there are risks associated with handling $CARE tokens and the Member agrees to the risks that may arise when $CARE tokens are in custody of MetaCare or its partners. Any complaint or claim relating to a product or a service will be directed directly to the merchant-partner through the Platform’s customer service system.The Platform has established internal governance and controls to hold the merchant-partner accountable for any error, misconduct, gross negligence, or fault.
Delivery and Fulfillment
All product deliveries or fulfillment, and services, are performed by the merchant-partners through reputable and independent logistics companies in the case of product deliveries. Any act or omission committed by riders or agents of logistics companies are not the liability of PERFECT CHOICE VENTURES LIMITED and FLUID STACK SOLUTIONS INC., the irrespective stockholders, officers, directors, employees, and agents. Any complaint or claim relating to product deliveries or fulfillment, and performance of services will be directed directly to the merchant-partner through the Platform’s customer service system. The Platform has established internal governance and controls to address delivery and fulfillment issues.
